The Phanteks EX5 is a mid-tower ATX case featuring an innovative compartmentalised design that separates your motherboard, GPU, and PSU into individual chambers. This layout allows each component to be cooled directly by its own thermal solution, delivering excellent thermal performance with minimal fan requirements.

Thermal Design

Unlike traditional cases that rely on a shared airflow path, the EX5 routes cool air independently to each chamber. A single 120mm fan behind the motherboard provides direct airflow to your CPU, VRMs, and RAM. The GPU and PSU chambers feature porous mesh panels, allowing their on-board cooling solutions to draw fresh air without relying on exhaust from other components.

Clean Build & Cable Management

The compartmentalised layout naturally conceals excess cables and tubing. AIO pipes can be routed along the top of the case and hidden behind strategically positioned panels, whilst the PSU chamber provides space for storing surplus wiring. Tempered glass and aluminium panels on the GPU chamber protect your graphics card whilst showcasing RGB lighting if present.
