Recently built Unraid NAS with this case and overall this is a very good case and building experience.
Used a Noctua NH-L9x65 Air Cooler and there is still some space to the roof of the case so no problems there. Drive bays are easily accessible and are installed via some rubber guides that screw on to the HDDs themselves which should provide some good anti vibration to the drives.
The back case fan seems good enough but I swapped it out for a Noctua (low profile) fan, also ensure that you plug the fan directly to the motherboard (if you can) rather than the case PCB so you can control the speed of this fan.
There are some cons to the case which may affect your building experience. There is very little space between the back fan and the SATA connections on the case PCB meaning you pretty much have to use low profile angled SATA cables otherwise there will be some serious bending on the cable and connector.
When placing the fully built and running case on my wooden desk there was a very noticeable mid-high frequency emanating throughout the desk which means the non-slip/anti-vibration pad on the base of the case were insufficient (at least for me) even though the case itself didn't feel like it was vibration. As soon as I placed some rubber extension feet in four corners of the case the NAS was completely silent.
