1000W Corsair SF1000 2024 ATX 3.1 Platinum Modular SFX PSU

Ordered pre-Xmas, received with plenty of time to spare! Will order from again in the future.

The PSU is hugely efficient, quite running and currently powering an NR200 with 7800X3D and 5090 FE with loads of headroom.

Braided cables are a really neat inclusion. Shame it isn't native 12V2x6 at the PSU side, but hey.

Seems very well-made and is absolutely tiny for 1000W! The fan doesn't even spin when my relatively modest machine is at full load.

Just be aware that it's an SFX size, which I didn't realise and thought was fine because it has an ATX adapter, but I also didn't realise that this means the cables are half the length and you may have trouble with them reaching your motherboard ports in an mATX case.

Yes, I bought the wrong size, but with it being 1000W and Platinum efficiency, I didn't mind. I ended up buying Corsair's white modular cable kit as I was going to replace the cables to be white anyway, which are full length and worked flawlessly being the standard Type 5.
